Ash of Gods is a video game that we’re developing a tactical turn-based RPG with collectible card elements and visual novel. It is based on a novel which is being written specially for our game by the author Sergey Malitsky. The first instalment of the game is named Redemption because we think that this word perfectly fits to describe the events in the first part of the trilogy.
We are planning to release the game in the fourth quarter of 2017, most likely in the beginning of November, but it isn’t yet an “official release date”. We’re also planning to release the multiplayer part of the project via Steam Early Access a little earlier.
Yes. The multiplayer mode is a very important part of our game. We’re planning to release the multiplayer part in Steam Early Access in Summer 2017, so that we can fix the balance and have the time to correct anything else before the single-player version’s release in the Fall. You can try out the web part on our site, at this link. This is the raw web prototype which will allow you to check out and rate the battle mechanics.
We hope that our game will become so popular that we’ll manage to find the money and time to create a tabletop version.
